Return and Refund Eligibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality related issues (e.g., "changed my mind," "no longer needed," or "ordered the wrong color/size"). We strongly encourage customers to verify product specifications, plumbing compatibility, and electrical requirements before finalizing a purchase.
Due to the nature of our Products, including hygiene considerations and installation requirements, returns are only accepted in cases where:
- The product arrives damaged;
- The wrong item was shipped;
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
If you believe your product qualifies for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and video or photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the defect.

Return Process & Refund Method
For any approved return not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping. In certain cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.
If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Products that show signs of installation, use, modification, water connection, electrical connection, or damage not caused by verified manufacturing defects may not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution but typically take 1-3 business days after the refund is processed.
Warranty Coverage
All products, including:
- Series A: Smart Bidet (Remote Control); Smart Bidet (Side Control)
- Series B: Smart Bidet (Remote Control); Smart Bidet (Side Control)
are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal residential use. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship, subject to warranty coverage confirmation.
Warranty Limitations
The limited warranty described above is the exclusive remedy available to the customer. Under no circumstances does the warranty provide for refunds based solely on product performance preferences or dissatisfaction.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation;
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence;
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external factors;
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process and affect future service eligibility.
