Free standard shipping is available in the contiguous United States (48 states + Washington, D.C.) and Canada.
Expedited shipping is not currently offered.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or an undeliverable shipment may be charged to the customer.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments
Report damaged or incorrect items to support@gaicom.com within 7 days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photos or video, and keep the product and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
